Assembly was pretty straightforward and the included tools got the job done. Once everything was tightened up, the bike felt solid and had way more power than the regular e-bikes I've ridden. Very happy with it so far.

The bike itself has been awesome - quick, powerful and a ton of fun. Shipping took a few days longer than the original estimate, but the tracking eventually updated and it arrived safely. The steel shipping frame did its job.

So far, the range has been plenty for a full Saturday of riding around our local trails.

They definitely didn't cut corners on the packaging. The steel frame kept the bike protected, although getting all the ties and packing material off took a while. Assembly wasn't difficult, just give yourself some extra time before that first ride. Worth it once I got it outside.
